How To Choose The Perfect Fall Scent & 3 Scents You'll Love

In the “Health” section of my weekly newsletter sent to subscribers this past Sunday, I shared an article titled “What Is Aromatherapy & How It Benefits Your Midlife Health & Wellness,” and also shared my aromatherapy candle collection. Since we are officially in the Fall season, I thought I would follow up that article with a brief post on how to choose the perfect Fall aromatherapy candle scents, along with three scents from my “Aura Aromas” collection that I think you’ll love for Fall.

When choosing a Fall aromatherapy candle scent, you should consider the following factors to ensure you get the right blend of fragrance, mood, and therapeutic benefits.

  • Warm & Cozy Scents - Fall is associated with warmth and comfort, so look for scents like vanilla, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice.

  • Woodsy & Earthy Scents - Look for scents that evoke the feeling of crisp air and nature.

  • Therapeutic Benefits - Consider what mood or effect you want the candle to bring, and seek scents that bring stress relief, energy boost, and grounding.

  • Natural Ingredients - Look for candles made from natural ingredients such as soy or beeswax and essential oils.
